On July 15, 2016, Crescerance Inc. completed its acquisition of eMembership from close partner company eBOARDsolutions Inc. (owned and managed by GSBA; Georgia Schools Boards Association) for an undisclosed amount. eMembership is an Association Management System (AMS) product focused acutely on serving K-12 not for profit education associations with technology services that enable them to better manage communications, event registration and retention with their members.
Crescerance’s acquisition of eMembership advances its mission of revolutionizing the way technology systems integrate with one another, by creating efficient and unified solutions. Moving forward, eMembership will operate as embrAMS, a timely addition to the suite of products provided by Crescerance under the “Embr for Associations” division. While the Embr for Associations division of Crescerance already offers a suite of products that enable associations to have branded, white-labeled and native web and mobile [app based] engagement suite to increase communication with and between their members, the addition of the eMembership product line will increase the value that Crescerance delivers to its customers. In addition to mobile and web solutions, now, Crescerance’s association customers can enjoy a unified product suite with a membership database, conference management and registration system, a conference mobile app, email and web-based communication system and a learning management system for board and staff development, all under one umbrella of integrated products built uniquely for the niche education association space. This integration allows education associations to provide better end-user experiences to their members and efficiently do their important work in the education sector.
With a complete suite of products, the newly expanded Embr For Associations division is already serving 21 states across the USA. Crescerance’s customers in all of these states will be offered tremendous value as they upgrade to the integrated product suite in the 2016-17 school year. Further, Crescerance, armed with the power of the unified product suite for associations, will be expanding its reach to all 50 States in the U.S. as well as other countries of the Americas and EMEA in the coming years.
